What's a favorite, and how do I save one?

A meal you eat often, saved with its exact numbers so it never drifts. Tap a logged meal and choose Save as favorite, or just ask Gretl to. Logging one again takes a tap and costs you nothing — it doesn't ask the AI anything, so it never counts against a daily message allowance.
