I bought on iPhone — does it work on my other devices?

On any device signed in to the same Gretl account and the same store account you bought with, yes — including your watch. Across platforms it doesn't: Apple and Google sell separately and neither can see the other's purchase, so a subscription bought on iPhone can't be moved to Android. Cancel the one you no longer use before buying on the other.
