I paid but the app still shows a paywall.

Open Settings → Gretl Pro → Restore purchases. That re-checks with the App Store or Play Store, and fixes the usual causes — a reinstall, a new phone, or a purchase that landed while you were offline. If it still says otherwise, make sure the device is signed in to the same store account you bought with, then email support@gretl.ai.
